Chris Gremley has an extensive background in commercial real estate that goes back generations in Gremley family. Chris is the son of Richard Gremley who was a Developer, Land Surveyor (Gremley & Biedermann) and Lawyer originally from Chicago that later settle in Bradenton to develop numerous properties in the late 70’s early 80’s. Chris was raised in Bradenton Florida has always been involved in some form of real estate his whole life.

Chris holds Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering  degree from the University of Florida. During his engineering career, Chris was part of a vehicle launch team in Belgium and provided technical support to the Netherlands and to Fords Headquarter in Dunton, England. Ford Motor Company then hired Chris to become part of a specialized engineering team that created a focus on resource allocation and quality metrics. Ford provided extensive corporate based training that gave Chris a unique set of engineering skills.

Chris started his real estate career with Cushman Wakefield as an Associate Director in the Industrial Division. After receiving his CCIM in his 4th year of Real Estate, Chris took on a new role in the industry and worked for Tower Realty Partners a real estate investment firm. Chris was responsible for the property management, leasing and reporting for Tampa portfolio consisting of nearly half million square feet of Office, Flex Industrial and Retail.

Chris is currently managing over 140,000 square feet of industrial and retail properties. Chris is responsible for the leasing, marketing, maintenance of Paver Development Corporation’s 50 plus tenants in multiple buildings.

Chris earned his broker’s license and formed Gremley Commercial Real Estate so he could work directly with his clients using his skill sets he has developed over the years. “My goal is to create small focused firm that treats all clients with the same respect and integrity.”
